My everyday routine is simple now that we are in quarantine, i do what i have to do and try too keep myself active throughout the day,such as moving a lot or doing something that i know im being physically active with. I eat normally but in portions not too over eat and eat while im full. Mon-Fri i workout around the times of 5-7pm depending on how days are and on the weekends i woukout around 10-11:30am when im done with breakfast.after every workout i try to meditate and listen to music for 15 mins to relax my body and catch my breaths.
My workout schedule is different everyday because i like to workout my full body starting from legs to core to arms to glute. I like to change it up every week with my exercise for every part but i try to stick with the same most of the time.As of rightnow im on this 2 week shred chellenge using the videos CHLOE TING uploads. 2 Week Shred Program
